Professional Development of the Chief Accountant and Financial Director at the Enterprise

Abstract

In this article we propose to describe and underline the main features of each stage of professional development both, for the chief accountant and the financial director of the enterprise. Moreover, we are looking to make a deep analysis about how these areas are going on professional strategy and best practices. According to the state of the art studies related to professional development, there are many strategy that could be carried on in order to improve the way of working process is performed. As financial director and the chief accountant of any company is going on to carry many tasks related to numbers and reports, both of them should be first of all well prepared. The main point of view is related to the way that we process the information. A well structured information is going to help managers in decision making process.
