Maintaining the Competitiveness of the Enterprise with the Help of Logistics

Abstract

This article presents an analysis of the logistics activities of enterprises: SRL "RUVISUAL.RS "and the SRL “PENSAN-PRIM” and its impact on competitiveness. After conducting interviews with the founders of these enterprises, the applied logistical actions and the impact of these actions on the competitiveness of firms were revealed. The most important changes in logistics turned out to be the introduction of the latest technologies and the establishment of strong trust relationships with suppliers. It is these changes that directly affect most of the factors of competitiveness, regardless of the type of activity of the enterprise. CZU: 339.137.2:005.932(478); JEL: M31
