dc.description.abstractUnderstanding consumer behavior in the flooring industry enables the development of suitable products. The aim of this research is to investigate the factors influencing consumers' flooring purchase decisions and to identify recent trends in this field. The research methods used included both qualitative analyses, through personal observations and documntation and quantitative analyses, through questionnaires and relevant statistical data. The results highlight that factors such as durability, aesthetics, cost, and sustainability are among the most important considerations for consumers in the flooring purchase process. Additionally, there has been an increase in interest in eco-friendly materials and personalized products, reflecting a shift in consumer preferences towards more sustainable options tailored to individual needs. These findings provide a solid foundation for the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies in the flooring industry, aiming to meet the continuously changing demands of consumers and maintain a competitive advantage in an increasingly dynamic and complex commercial environment.
