Abstract

This study presents the basic concept of innovation strate gies in the modern world, its types, role and significance in an existing enterprise. The study reveals the classification of innovation strategies, its types, application of innovative strategies using the example of a bank. It will also examine how organizations can successfully implement and management innovation processes to achieve strategic goals and ensure long-term market success.
