dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to identify the main factors influencing students' career path decisions and to propose directions for further career development. The topicality of the subject matter lies in the need to ensure a qualified workforce adapted to the requirements of the current market. Using the method of survey, analysis and synthesis I concluded that one of the essential elements in determining the choice of job is the salary, which must be motivating and able to saturate the needs of the population, as well as the flexible program, which allows combining several spheres of activities and can increase the efficiency of work performed.
