dc.description.abstractThere are a lot of interpretations of exposed ideas by the well known humanist of Renaissance era Niccolò Machiavelli. The concept of machiavellism is synonymous with moral indifference. In order to understand his philosophy it is necessary a closer examination in the context of the period in which he worked. Analyzing his work, especially Il Principe which was published in 1513, the managers can both make general conclusions and private directly related to those problems which we face at the beginning of early 21 century.en_US
