Modele de succes și provocări în cadrul programelor de doctorat în cotutelă

Abstract

Doctoral co-authorship programs are an emerging trend in the global academic context, facilitating interdisciplinary and inter-institutional collaboration between universities and providing doctoral students with a wider range of academic resources and perspectives. This article aims to explore the successful models of these programs as well as the challenges encountered in their implementation, focusing on good practices identified and innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. Our study is based on a qualitative analysis of the answers collected through a questionnaire addressed to doctoral students from the Republic of Moldova, in cotutelle with the "Stefan cel Mare" University of Suceava and ASEM Doctoral School, within the specialty of Accounting, Auditing and Economic Analysis, in order to collect relevant insights and substantiate the proposed conclusions.
