Abstract: The world economy from its beginnings until now has gone through many changes and challenges. Moreover, competition and the need to adapt to our times generate the emergence of new economic models that are a challenge both for international regulatory bodies and for the business environment or consumers. The responsibility of the parties involved, the steps and establishing the limits of influence, understanding the advantages, but also finding counter-arguments in the case of the challenges of the new concepts represent an aspect that must be treated with a lot of attention. Starting from these aspects, the present study examines the interaction between intellectual capital and artificial intelligence, based on the bibliometric analysis of the specialized literature.
