This is evidenced by the experience of developed enterprises using the technological advantages of instant messengers. Support and customer service; sending messages; promotion and marketing; advertising in social networks as the main directions of using instant messengers at enterprises allow to increase the efficiency of external and internal (corporate) communication of the enterprise.
