Evaluarea satisfacției studenților privind învățământul online în perioada covid-19

Abstract

This study was designed to determine how students adapted to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, the benefits, and the challenges they faced. The study is based on an online survey conducted among 221 students of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, the study program Business and Administration. The results of the survey show that 74% of the students surveyed were satisfied with the online learning experience, and after the end of the pandemic, 62% of respondents believe that we will not be able to return to old practices, including 23% assume that we will pay more attention to online learning and 39% - that online learning will become an integral part of learning. To ensure the quality and greater satisfaction of students, a number of suggestions are proposed to improve existing online learning practices.
