Abstract: The transition to a socially oriented market economy requires a deeper understanding of the objective laws of social development and the use of this knowledge for the benefit of the population. Modern society is acutely faced with various tasks of economic, socio-political and spiritual development. This calls for a further deepening of the scientific theory of social processes, the improvement of the forms and methods of development of the different spheres of social life. Technical-scientific and social progress significantly update the need for a comprehensive solution to socio-economic problems, and the mutual influence of economic and socio-political processes is constantly intensifying. The need to take into account the human factor in all spheres of life increases considerably.
