Abstract

Managers are those who work in main and executive managerial positions in enterprises, in which they create and implement business policy. What a manager does is use an analytical approach to track consumer needs, supply costs, market segmentation, competition, profitability, and financial forecasts. Consequently, managers are expected to make rational decisions, but over time, in a continuous development of society, we begin to understand that they will need new and new leadership skills.
