dc.description.abstract This scientific endeavor the issue of green human resources management is addressed, as a concern for the sustainable development of organizations. Green human resource management, a new and interdisciplinary concern within organizations, addresses the connection between human resource management and the environment. Taking into account the degree of environmental degradation today, with the involvement, direct or indirect, of people and organizations, it is necessary to raise awareness and sensitize this impact on future generations. Under these conditions, several researchers in the field consider the greater involvement of human resources management within organizations in environmental issues. Thus, this paper presents the arguments and contributions of researchers in the field on the implications of green human resource management on the sustainable development of organizations. en_US
