Abstract:
In the current context, marked by globalization and digitalization, employee motivation is crucial for organizational success and competitiveness. This research aims to identify effective motivational strategies and best practices applicable in organizations to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. The study was conducted through a theoretical analysis of the primary motivation theories and a practical investigation within a real estate company in the Republic of Moldova. Methodologically, a structured questionnaire survey was employed, distributed electronically, ensuring respondent anonymity. The sample included 20 employees from various hierarchical levels and departments. Data were analyzed quantitatively, using descriptive statistics, and qualitatively through thematic interpretation. Results revealed that 85% of respondents consider financial benefits, such as salary and bonuses, essential motivational factors. Extra-salary benefits are viewed as very important by 60% of participants. Performance recognition occurs frequently according to 60% of respondents, and 70% confirmed the existence of professional development opportunities within the company. Employees under 40 years old clearly prioritize work-life balance. The conclusions highlight the importance of continuously adapting motivational strategies, recommending organizations implement clear financial policies, promote performance recognition, invest in professional training, facilitate work-life balance, and develop transformational leadership. By applying these recommendations, organizations can optimize employee motivation and strengthen their competitiveness. CZU: 005.583.1; JEL: M 12, M 14, M 52, M 53, M54
