In a dynamic economic environment, companies in the telecommunications sector must adopt diversification and innovation strategies to maintain their competitiveness and meet market demands. This study examines the development model of Moldcell, focusing on expanding the product portfolio and implementing innovative solutions. Using market analysis, benchmarking, and financial performance evaluation methods, the research highlights the impact of innovations on the company’s position.
