Abstract:
This study explores passive income methods in the Republic of Moldova, focusing on financial stability and reducing dependency on a single income source. Passive income includes earnings from rental properties, stock dividends, and online courses. While offering time-saving benefits, it involves risks like market instability and inflation. The research analyzes banking instruments, capital markets, and platforms like crowdlending, highlighting advantages and limitations. Financial education is crucial for maximizing returns and mitigating risks. The study provides insights into leveraging these methods effectively, promoting sustainable financial growth and stability in the region.
