Abstract:
The given article investigates the effect of artificial intelligence in the process of recruitment and selection of personnel, identifying the causes of the implementation of this innovative tool emphasizing its strengths and risks. The given study represented artificial intelligence as a solution in optimizing financial resources totally eliminating subjective decision making.
