Abstract:
This report is about the importance of the interview in the recruitment process within human resources. The research points to peak all the methods, and ethics considered in conducting job interviews. The types of interviews, necessary preparation, verbal and nonverbal communication, and handling difficult situations are being analyzed. The research is based on theoretical analysis and practical examples from the field. The results show the significance of wellplanned selection processes adapted to the needs of the company.
