Abstract:
This paper extensively explores the impact of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into human resources (HRM), highlighting the many ways AI is changing and influencing practices and processes across organizations. In addition to the obvious promises of increased efficiency and operational optimization, the adoption of AI in HRM has a profound impact on organizational culture and labor relations. By automating repetitive and administrative-bureaucratic tasks, AI enables HR employees to focus their efforts and expertise on the more strategic and human aspects of HR management. Thus, employees can turn their attention to value-added activities such as recruitment, staff development and creating a positive and motivating work environment.
