Abstract:
Today, tourism is one of the most important areas of the modern economy and has a beneficial impact on the development of its other sectors, including hospitality, construction, transport and communications, agriculture, and retail trade. In today's world, it is important to pay attention to forecasting and the quality of staff service in order to be competitive in the market. This research is carried out by order of the travel agency "Donatella Tur". The main purpose of this work is to study the preferences of Donatella Tur customers for the period 2024 and determine the quality of staff service.
