This article contains a comparison of three analytical techniques, wich can be applied to perform structural analysis of owner`s equity. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are presented based on concrete examples based on data from the financial statements of the entities „CV Cricova” SA and „Calea ferată din Moldova” IS.
