Analiza cadrului normativ privind combinările de întreprinderi în Republica Moldova

Abstract

The significance of this topic arises from the necessity of studying and properly implementing the legislative and regulatory framework of the Republic of Moldova for the processes of mergers, acquisitions, and economic activities. This ensures the achievement of managerial synergies and post-investment economic performance. When we talk about business combinations, we are referring to the process of merging and consolidating the assets, debts, and funds of two or more business entities to maximize economic benefits. It is important to note that the subject of business combinations can be analyzed from an interdisciplinary perspective, at the intersection of law, management, finance, and accounting. The objective of this paper is to identify the distinctive notions related to the process of business combining and to study the legislative and regulatory framework in the Republic of Moldova. The research refers to identifying, selecting, and explaining the use of concepts associated with business combinations in a suitable and timely manner, as well as providing examples and analysis of the legislative and regulatory frameworks related to the topic being researched.
