Abstract:
The success of a company is based on various aspects, which take into account certain details, one of them being the correct ways of choosing and offering gifts at the right time and in the right situation. Through this study we aimed to carry out an analysis on the given topic, to highlight the challenges, but also the opportunities created by giving gifts, and the impact they bring on a company. The scientific method used is the case study, based on the "ASEM University Code of Ethics", thanks to which we managed to identify the recommendations and ethical norms issued by the institution.
