Abstract:
This article analyzes the effects of decentralization in organizational management, which involves transferring decision-making power from central to lower levels. By using case studies and theoretical research, the article examines the interplay between centralization and decentralization, and analyzes the critical factors for its implementation. In conclusion, the article emphasizes that implementing decentralization can be beneficial for organizations, but requires rigorous planning and implementation to ensure success. It is important to consider the advantages and disadvantages of this approach and to develop a well-defined strategy for successfully implementing decentralization within the organization.
