Abstract:
Education must be captivating, continuous, coherent and achieve interdependence with the real world, focused on applicability to motivate and interest young people. Even if the student has well-developed intellectual tools, but is not tempted, determined by something to work, learn, or achieve, he will not achieve the desired performance. Thus it is facilitated and energized by motivation through an intensification of effort and by concentrating the student's attention, by creating a state of preparation for a learning activity. In this context, the success of all educational performances will intersect with the segments of motivation, which produce the necessary effect in the process of development of the individual and society. By consolidating the general aspects of motivation and relating them to the learning outcome, we affirm that the correct application of motivational resources will determine performance through learning management.
