Abstract

At the current stage, exchange rate volatility is an obstructive factor for the conditions of the national economy. Being one of the important economic variables, the evolution of the exchange rate influences the national economies, international trade, price level, balance of payments and others. The purpose of this work is to address the essence and functionality of the exchange rate, consolidating theoretical knowledge and training practical skills with reference to the foreign exchange market in general.
