<description>Artificial Intelligence in Education – A New Perspective on the Quality of the Didactic Act
Gușuvati, Aliona; Costova, Natalia
Digital technologies have become an indispensable part of education rather than a matter of choice. Their effectiveness and practical value are widely recognized, and when embedded into the educational process, they reshape how teaching and learning take place. Investing in educational technologies leads not only to better academic performance but also supports learners in developing the skills needed to navigate a constantly evolving world. Given these clear benefits, educational institutions must actively embrace and support digital technologies as a core component of modern education. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a highly influential and rapidly developing tool, making its way into numerous domains, education included. The adoption of AI-driven tools offers significant potential for enhancing the educational process; however, this integration must be approached thoughtfully, ethically, and on a solid theoretical basis. Educators are increasingly examining how AI can support and refine teaching and learning, while maintaining the understanding that technologys role is to assist rather than replace the learning process. By taking over repetitive and routine tasks, AI allows educators and learners alike to devote more time and energy to distinctly human capacities such as creativity, critical thinking, and innovation. This paper focuses on identifying the AI tools currently used in teaching, learning, and research, clarifying the role of artificial intelligence in education, and outlining possible ways to enhance the quality of the teaching process. To achieve these objectives, the study relies on a combination of theoretical and practical research methods. These include documentation, inquiry, analysis, deduction, generalization, among others. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence does not replace teachers; instead, it supports them by enabling personalized learning recommendations and immediate feedback for learners, as long as its use remains balanced and well considered. <title>Indicators and Criteria for Evaluating the Effectiveness of the Management System Audit</title>
<link>https://irek.ase.md:443/xmlui/handle/123456789/4833</link>
<description>Indicators and Criteria for Evaluating the Effectiveness of the Management System Audit
Vornovițchi, Diana
In this article, we analyze the audit of the quality management system through the lens of effectiveness criteria and indicators. We note that the audit is a critical component of the ISO 9001 Quality System standard and refers to the systematic and independent assessment of an organizations internal quality management system, approved within companies, to determine whether quality activities and systems align with strategic plans and are implemented effectively and appropriately to achieve objectives. In addition to the fact that audits are an integral part of compliance and regulatory requirements, they are becoming essential for evaluating the success of processes, products and systems. In addition, quality audits identify the root causes of deficiencies, so that an organization can take corrective action quickly and effectively. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the audit of the quality management system by highlighting the evaluation criteria and indicators. The methodology used is based on the study of scientific and regulatory sources in the field studied, as well as the authors experience as a certified auditor. We highlight the criteria, based on which the performance of internal audit is assessed, as well as the indicators for evaluating effectiveness. We carry out a critical analysis of them and come up with some recommendations for improvement. UDC: 005.585; JEL: M10, M42

<description>Fat Hen (Portulaca Oleracea) Nutritional and Culinary Arguments
Grosu, Carolina; Gîncu, Ecaterina
The study examines the nutritional, technological and gastronomic arguments supporting the inclusion of the species Portulaca oleracea (purslane) in the quality guidelines used in public food services and in professional menu planning. The relevance of the topic derives from the growing global interest in nutrient-dense, sustainable and locally available ingredients that can enhance both dietary quality and culinary diversity. The aim of the research is to evaluate the scientific evidence and practical considerations that justify the integration of purslane into standardized food service recommendations. The analysis is based on a review of specialized literature, comparative nutritional profiling, and an assessment of technological and gastronomic applicability. Results indicate that Portulaca oleracea stands out as one of the most valuable wild edible plants due to its high content of Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and essential micronutrients, combined with favourable technological properties, culinary versatility, and potential for local development. These findings support the consideration of purslane as a functional ingredient suitable for modern public nutrition systems. UDC: 635.46:641.1; JEL: Q02, M31, Q01, Q57, L66

<title>The Role of Operational Risk Management in Quality Assurance</title>
<link>https://irek.ase.md:443/xmlui/handle/123456789/4831</link>
<description>The Role of Operational Risk Management in Quality Assurance
Caminschi, Olga
As an integral part of business activities, operational risks have a multifaceted impact on the development, efficiency, and functioning of an organization. Failures in internal processes, human errors, system failures, or external factors can significantly impact service levels, production stability, and the conformity of products or services to requirements. Given that quality is a fundamental factor in competitiveness, effective operational risk management is a key element of a quality assurance system. This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the factors through which a risk management system impacts quality indicators and identifies the relationship between the components of a risk management system and quality management. Based on theoretical analysis conclusions are drawn regarding the need to integrate a risk management system into an organizations operations to ensure quality at various stages of business processes. A structured scientific theory and comparative analysis of literature, as well as international standards, were proposed to study how operational risk management mechanisms influence quality indicators. The use of the Ishikawa diagram and the FMEA method made it possible to demonstrate this relationship. Furthermore, the study substantiates the need to transition from a reactive to a proactive management model that enables the prediction, prevention, and mitigation of risks at early stages. The results of the study demonstrate that operational risk management and its integration into the quality management system improves process stability, reduces the likelihood of defects and service failures, and, accordingly, strengthens preventive control mechanisms. The analysis resulted in the development of a set of recommendations for improving the quality management system through operational risk management. UDC: 005.334:005.6; JEL: M11, M14, L15
