<description>Inovațiile la nivel de proces operațional în cadrul IMM-lor producătoare de mobile
Dascaliuc, Daniela
Innovation within furniture manufacturing SMEs, as opposed to large companies, involves both a number of advantages and disadvantages. Among the main advantages of innovation in small enterprises or especially start-ups in the field of the mobile industry, there is the agility of employees and fresh and unconventional thinking, but which also requires a steering and monitoring mechanism. In this sense, it is necessary to establish at the level of a small enterprise the culture of innovation of operational processes, which involves the enterprise's ability to exploit all resources, especially employees, who can produce innovation, and as a result, will ensure the prosperity of the entity's activity. <title>Trends and opportunities for the young human factor in the context of international migration of the workforce</title>

<description>Trends and opportunities for the young human factor in the context of international migration of the workforce
Popa, Marina; Plămădeală, Olivia
International migration of the workforce has become a global challenge and is constantly in the spotlight of the world community. Since ancient times, humanity has been on the move. Some people move in search of jobs or economic opportunities, others to join family or to study. Others migrate in response to the negative effects of climate change, natural disasters or environmental factors. Among migration phenomena, an essential role is held by the migration of the young human factor. Today, it is estimated that the number of young people, i.e. people aged between 15 and 24, is around 1.3 billion and account for 15.5 per cent of the global population. (UN, 2020). Migration in general, and that of young people in particular, is one of the current challenges for the developing countries, including the Republic of Moldova. The increasing migration of young people concerns the authorities and civil society, given its effects on the country’s human potential and socio-economic development. In this article we aim to study the current trends of the migration process, in particular to address the motivation of young people in Moldova to migrate in order to study abroad.

<description>From Innovation to Innovative Business
Popa, Marina
Innovation is the process of adapting from old to new, that would mean a 100 year&#13;
difference or change from yesterday to today. It is the main source of economic growth and social and technological progress. In recent years, innovation-led economic growth has been increasingly focused on technological change, digitisation and environmental sustainability, but also on a need for change generated by the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. In this paper we aim to analyse the role of innovation and its impact on various processes, while explaining the shift to innovation business, based on various models used in some countries.
