<description>Managementul timpului în viața studenților universitari din Republica Moldova: probleme cauze și soluții
Covaș, Lilia; Petrea, Felicia
Articolul examinează modul de gestionare a timpului în viața studenților și are drept scop identificarea principalelor probleme întâmpinateîn acest domeniu. Cercetarea evidențiază principa-lele probleme, cauze și soluții necesare în managementul timpului, prezente în contextul evoluției digitale accelerate, care, generează o mulțime de provocări, pe lângă multitudinea beneficiilor oferite. Studiul a fost realizat pe un eșantion de 95 de persoane, studenți ai Academiei de Studii Economice din Moldova. Rezultatele indică faptul că studenții notează frecvent termenele-limită și sarcinile urgente, însă utilizează mai rar planificarea săptămânală, fragmentarea sarcinilor și respectarea consecventă a planului zilnic. În rezultatul studiului se constată utilizarea intensă a telefonului, manifestări recurente de procrastinare, asociate frecvent cu un stres academic și somn insuficient. Sunt formulate recomandări practice pentru planificare, prioritizare și reducerea distragerilor digitale. CZU: 005.962.11:378.18(478); JEL: I20, M10, I23&#13;
************************************************************************************************************************************* The article analyses time management in students’ lives and aims to identify the main difficulties encountered in this area. The research highlights the key problems, causes, and possible solutions related to time management in the context of accelerated digital transformation, which, alongside numerous benefits, also generates multiple sources of distraction. The empirical study was conducted on a sample of 95 students from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. The results indicate that students frequently record deadlines and urgent tasks; however, they use systematic planning tools less often, such as weekly planning, task breakdown, and the consistent implementation of a daily activity plan. The analysis also reveals intensive smartphone use and frequent manifestations of procrastination, often associated with academic stress and insufficient sleep. Based on the findings, a series of practical recommendations are proposed to improve planning and prioritisation processes and to reduce digital distractions.

************************************************************************************************************************************* This paper evaluates the impact of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) on the Republic of Moldova’s external trade using a structural gravity model, by employing bilateral trade data from 2001 to 2024. To examine exports and imports two econometric approaches were used: The Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and Poisson Pseudo-Maximum Likelihood (PPML). The empirical results show that the Republic of Moldova's participation in preferential trade agreements, especially with the European Union through the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA), Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA) countries, and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) partners, has significantly enhanced export flows, while the effects on imports remain mixed. The analysis highlights the importance of economic size and geographical distance for the Republic of Moldova's export performance, offering relevant insights for regional integration and sustainable economic development. <title>Artificial Intelligence in Education – A New Perspective on the Quality of the Didactic Act</title>

<description>Artificial Intelligence in Education – A New Perspective on the Quality of the Didactic Act
Gușuvati, Aliona; Costova, Natalia
Digital technologies have become an indispensable part of education rather than a matter of choice. Their effectiveness and practical value are widely recognized, and when embedded into the educational process, they reshape how teaching and learning take place. Investing in educational technologies leads not only to better academic performance but also supports learners in developing the skills needed to navigate a constantly evolving world. Given these clear benefits, educational institutions must actively embrace and support digital technologies as a core component of modern education. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a highly influential and rapidly developing tool, making its way into numerous domains, education included. The adoption of AI-driven tools offers significant potential for enhancing the educational process; however, this integration must be approached thoughtfully, ethically, and on a solid theoretical basis. Educators are increasingly examining how AI can support and refine teaching and learning, while maintaining the understanding that technologys role is to assist rather than replace the learning process. By taking over repetitive and routine tasks, AI allows educators and learners alike to devote more time and energy to distinctly human capacities such as creativity, critical thinking, and innovation. This paper focuses on identifying the AI tools currently used in teaching, learning, and research, clarifying the role of artificial intelligence in education, and outlining possible ways to enhance the quality of the teaching process. To achieve these objectives, the study relies on a combination of theoretical and practical research methods. These include documentation, inquiry, analysis, deduction, generalization, among others. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence does not replace teachers; instead, it supports them by enabling personalized learning recommendations and immediate feedback for learners, as long as its use remains balanced and well considered. <title>Indicators and Criteria for Evaluating the Effectiveness of the Management System Audit</title>
<link>https://irek.ase.md:443/xmlui/handle/123456789/4833</link>
<description>Indicators and Criteria for Evaluating the Effectiveness of the Management System Audit
Vornovițchi, Diana
In this article, we analyze the audit of the quality management system through the lens of effectiveness criteria and indicators. We note that the audit is a critical component of the ISO 9001 Quality System standard and refers to the systematic and independent assessment of an organizations internal quality management system, approved within companies, to determine whether quality activities and systems align with strategic plans and are implemented effectively and appropriately to achieve objectives. In addition to the fact that audits are an integral part of compliance and regulatory requirements, they are becoming essential for evaluating the success of processes, products and systems. In addition, quality audits identify the root causes of deficiencies, so that an organization can take corrective action quickly and effectively. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the audit of the quality management system by highlighting the evaluation criteria and indicators. The methodology used is based on the study of scientific and regulatory sources in the field studied, as well as the authors experience as a certified auditor. We highlight the criteria, based on which the performance of internal audit is assessed, as well as the indicators for evaluating effectiveness. We carry out a critical analysis of them and come up with some recommendations for improvement. UDC: 005.585; JEL: M10, M42
