dc.description.abstractThe News: Personal data on employee health is a very current issue, especially in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic, when employers are required to monitor the health of their employees and take measures to prevent contamination with this virus. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to highlight some issues related to the topic and to propose solutions in the light of existing legal regulations. Methods of research: The main research methods applied in the present study are the logical method, the method of analysis, the synthesis method, the method of prognosis, etc. Results: As a result of the study, we intend to come up with arguments for the need and importance of adjusting the current legislation on personal data on employee health to the conditions imposed by the COVID pandemic 19.
