dc.description.abstractBusiness-process outsourcing is a competitive sector with the potential for significant export growth. The article explores the opportunities and advantages of business process outsourcing, as a way to reduce costs and improve production efficiency by moving and changing the connection elements between the environment and the enterprise; transfer of assets to the service provider; reconfiguration of concrete conditions of daily operation; changing the quantity and quality of human and material resources available to the company, as well as the conditions for their mobilization. A company that uses the global outsourcing model operates in a global environment, both cultural and financial. Properly planned, outsourcing can be a key factor in business innovation and expansion. The comparative approach, analysis and synthesis were used in the research. JEL: F23en_US
