Abstract: | The intensive and extensive growth of the world endangers the sustainable development in conditions of peace and well-being of the whole humanity. Wars, epidemics, natural disasters, the struggle for natural resources and food put in danger the future of nations. Therefore, it can be spoken about a proper balance of human development only under the conditions of civilized dialogue and political negotiations between nations. As a result of the last meetings at the level of developed countries, the bilateral and multilateral cooperation has gained a wider significance, the discussions being carried out through the political and commercial negotiations. In this article, the author makes a retrospective analysis of the negotiations as the basis of collaboration and friendship relations between the people of the world. JEL: F5, N01. |
