Abstract: The actuality of the subject: the competitiveness of the products largely depends on their quality and, therefore, its study is current. At the same time, the width of the assortment also influences the competitiveness of the products. That is why the study of these indices is current and necessary. The aim of the paper: to familiarize potential consumers with the assortment and quality of the studied products. Research methods: the study of the assortment and quality of goods was performed by organoleptic and physico-chemical methods. The results of this investigations: as a result of the investigations carried out, it was established that the quality of the studied goods corresponds to the requirements of the normative-technical documentation, and the assortment is quite wide. This characterizes the studied goods as a competitive and necessary product. JEL: L67.
