Abstract

Innovative technologies and the emergence of virtual communities create new types of communication between the employee and the employer, that go beyond the current state of knowledge in economics and existing legal solutions. The purpose of this research is to present the essence and capabilities of the gig economy and net economy at present in the world economy.
