Abstract: | Many new and established transportation companies are already in the market. New company should be ready for all difficulties and to know how to solve it. Is never not easy to survive in a competitive market and it’s also true for the transportation industry. You may have a great company but this doesn’t make you an equally good business owner. You have to learn the tricks to run and grow your transportation business. It is very important to be able to develop a marketing plan that is distinguished by a clear structure, consistency, conciseness and evidence-based conclusions, following which you can count on a quick effect and long-term result. First we should study the macro environment that globally affects your business, then narrow down the range of questions to the specific market of your product or service, then again - focus on your customers, competitors, intermediaries. Finally, to analyze in detail the activities of your company - its place in the market; product, pricing, and much more.
