dc.description.abstractThe present research is based on the ethical conduct in the public procurement process, which should be reflected by observing a cumulation of principles and rules that would lead to the unaltered preservation of the values of society. The aim is to describe the ways of preventing corruption in public procurement, thanks to the methods: logic, analysis, observation, but also the limitation, avoidance of the consequences of the manifestation of corruption acts. Results: The general analysis of the corruption phenomenon in the light of existing realities and the need to prevent it through an ethical purchasing behavior accepted by the actors involved in the procurement process.
