Abstract: The intensification of the external pressures that we are subjected to at work and in life, of internal pressures resulted from intrapersonal communication, on one side the capacity to generate complex thoughts and then communicate them in a clear way, ensuring a better balance between diverse contradictory requests, represent the defining principles of paper’s actuality The purpose of the article is to harness in the communication process the relationship between specific beliefs that sustain a positive mental approach and the formation of an asertive communication skills. In this paper were used research methods as: the observation, the experiment, the comparison method, the sampling, date analysis, date presentation, testing hypotheses. The concept of the paper is founded on linguistic and educational speeches. The experimental application of the forming concept of assertive communication skill demonstrates the practical value of the paper. JEL: A2.
