Abstract

In the conditions of the permanent economic crisis, to which our country is exposed and in the situation when the business environment is continuously searching for resources and investments, the articles of partnership can be a rescue for many entities. In this article the authors have tried to describe the characteristics and the way of implementing the partnership agreement to develop the various accounting and fiscal aspects of this activity.
