Abstract:	In the article, authors have propose to reveal more detail indicators KPI (Key Performance Indicators), implementation of this system within the economic entity, and not at least the benefits that their calculation can bring. At the final there is present a study case, in order to create the possibility of assessing the cost versus effectiveness of this system.
