Abordări privind activitatea și controlul de gestiune în instituțiile medico-sanitare publice

Abstract

In consequence of health care reform in the Republic of Moldova and alignment with European standards, the management control has emerged as a necessity for managers of public medical –sanitary institutions to increase the established objectives and providing the highest quality medical services. However, we find timely the analysis of PMSI budget as the main instrument of management control, with the aim of finalizing development and execution of its peculiarities.
