These changes could be better implemented with the help of better trained employees from a professional standpoint. Therefore, all the companies must acknowledge the necessity to invest, including in the intellectual potential of employees. The professional competence of employees can be ensured through continuous process of professional improvement, as well as the personal qualities of inch individual.
