Rezumat: Modelul european de calitate, EFQM, este considerat acum cel mai profesional model de calitate din lumea muncii. Mii de organizaţii, atât publice, cât şi de afaceri, aplică principiile modelului pentru a câştiga concurenţă în domeniul lor.
