Abstract:	This article highlights and discusses new segments of the shadow digital economy. Among them, such as cyber weapons, as the concentration of all the achievements of information and communication technologies at the level of counteraction between states; targeted attacks and ATR groups; attack on cryptocurrency exchanges; identity theft.
