Abstract: | The topicality and purpose of this article convince us that the changes brought by the legislator to the civil legislation are welcome, in order to regulate the lease relations related to certain categories of citizens. By analyzing this contract, we want to highlight the importance of the lease at the moment in the company. The lease contract is a contract, which allows a legal regulation as precise as possible, establishing the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. Given that the intention pursued is essential for the moment of legal effects, deductive research was applied, along with the method of teleological interpretation, which have an important role in analyzing the given contract. This type of contract is regulated by the legal relations that appear during the conclusion not only of the residential spaces, but also of the rights and obligations of the parties being strictly delimited by those effects that give rise to the lease contract.
