dc.description.abstractThe decisional subsystem and decision-making effectiveness of the certification bodies are the main pillars of its viability. As an element of management processes, organizational decision subsystems are characterized by diversity, complexity and dynamic continues. Thus, increasing the competitiveness of certification bodies depends to a great extent of policy makers and decision criteria of effectiveness, assigned to their decisional subsystem. Documentation of the decision making process of the company allows to determine the strategic direction and the ways of decision-making opportunities as part of improvement of the existing decision-making processes.en_US
