Dezvoltarea infrastructurii regionale a Republicii Moldova în baza conceptelor

Abstract

Prezenta lucrare propune spre analizăcerințele, componentele și caracteristicile studieriiinfrastructurii regionale, precum și influențaacesteia asupra sistemului relațiilor social-economice,ținând cont că succesul funcționării sistemelorsocio-economice regionale depinde deanumite condiții care oferă oportunitatea dezvoltăriiefective a producției materiale și a mediuluisocial. Rolul-cheie, în formarea acestorcondiții, îl joacă infrastructura care, în regiuni,deservește un anumit teritoriu și, prin urmare,este strâns legată de acesta. Pe de o parte, realizareapotențialului economic al regiunii impuneanumite cerințe privind funcționarea infrastructurii,iar pe de altă parte, oportunitățileoferite de infrastructură conduc la ajustareapriorităților și direcțiilor de dezvoltare socioeconomicăa regiunii. În consecință, problemelede dezvoltare armonioasă a regiunilor, într-unfel sau altul, necesită dezvoltarea infrastructuriiîn baza principiilor, standardelor internaționale,care pot fi încadrate în modelul contemporande îmbunătățire a infrastructurii RepubliciiMoldova. On the one hand, the realization of theeconomic potential of the region implies certainrequirements regarding the functioning of theinfrastructure but, on the other hand, the opportunitiesoffered by the infrastructure lead to theadjustment of the socio-economic priorities anddirections of the regional development. Therefore,the problems of a harmonious developmentof the regions, in one way or another, requiresthe development of infrastructure based on theprinciples, international standards that need tobe included in the contemporary model for theRepublic of Moldova infrastructure improvement.
