Abstract

In this article are analyzed the current aspects of the team leadership and its importance in the process of business changes and organizational transformations. In the submission of the questions and for the justification of the conclusions, the authors rely on the researches of famous researchers, whose works constituted the theoretical and methodological basis of this publication.
