The Code of Ethics – the Compass of Integrity at Moldtelecom

Abstract

The Code of Ethics is an essential tool for establishing professional and moral conduct standards within companies. This study analyzes the impact of the Code of Ethics on the behavior of employees at JSC ,,Moldtelecom”, highlighting its role in strengthening the ethical culture. Through a survey conducted among employees, perceptions of ethical compliance, reactions to violations, and improvement suggestions were identified. The results emphasize the need for active promotion of the Code, clarification of responsibilities, and the implementation of effective measures to enhance ethical compliance within the organization.
