Abstract: This article focuses on analyzing Porter's Five Forces model as an essential tool in strategic management and business competitiveness analysis. Developed by Michael Porter in 1979, this model has remained a relevant and crucial analytical instrument for over half a century. The authors examine the applicability of the model in the modern context of the market economy, substantiating its significance in determining competitive factors and formulating strategic decisions. The aim of the study is to conduct an analysis of the key competitiveness parameters according to Porter's model and apply them to the specific company SRL "Dacia." The authors explore Porter's forces as tools of impact on the company, consider areas of model application, and propose recommendations for enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.
