dc.description.abstractThis scientific work is devoted to the analysis of the evolution of motivation concepts, taking into account historical aspects and current trends. The study aims to introduce the development of the understanding of motivation from early theories to modern approaches, as well as to identify the main trends influencing this process in the modern world. In the course of the study, the key methods of motivation research will be considered, as well as the results obtained, which allow us to draw conclusions about the dynamics and directions of development of motivation concepts at the present time.
